How would I use this?

On wet hair, apply from mid-shaft to ends to protect hair from heat. On dry hair, apply from mid-shaft to ends to control frizz. As a pre-shampoo treatment, apply to dry hair, then shampoo and condition.

How would you describe the sent?

Pepo + olive. It's the fantasy of walking through a green olive grove in full-bloom and tucking a blossom in your pocket. Floral with some musk, which is earthy.
