Order Status
All orders placed before 2 pm EST are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email when your order is placed as well as a second email when your order is being shipped. If you’d like to check on your order status between this time frame, please email orders@fivewits.com with your order number.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you’d like to cancel or edit your order, please email orders@fivewits.com with your order number.

Return & Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email orders@fivewits.com within 30 days of your order date to request a refund and return.

Where does Five Wits ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. If you live internationally, 
you can send an email to inquiries@fivewits.com with your address and the products you’d like to order; we will then be able to provide a shipping quote via our third-party shipping company.

Shipping status
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please use this tracking number to check your shipping status.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@getdailyelements.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How long does it take?
You should receive your order within a week of placing it with us online. Please feel free to email orders@fivewits.com with your order number if you’d like further information about where your order is.
